Our mission is to enhance and support the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Reside Residential Care operates a variety of residential programs in both Oregon and Washington. These include the Supported Living and Community Protection Programs in Washington and the 24 Hour Residential Program in Oregon. The individuals supported in these programs have been diagnosed with autism, fetal alcohol syndrome/effect, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities. Many of them also live with physical issues that affect mobility and their ability to carry through with basic life skills.  It is our mission to provide habilitative support to these people.

Work opportunities are there for people who enjoy helping others.  We employ direct support professionals (DSPs) who work hands on with our clients.  There are opportunities for advancement for those who do well and wish to move up in the company.

Reside opens a second home in Gresham, Oregon.
