Reside Residential Care’s Core Values

Client First

Integrity

Compassion

Independence

In 2007 the Reside administrative team started as just one person.  Now it has grown to an entire office full of individuals who bring a wealth of experience to their roles.  Many were even DSPs earlier in their careers!  Meet the administrative team that keeps Reside Residential Care moving day to day.

Betsy Wray

Sandy Waters

Sandy has worked in the social service field for nearly 30 years. During this time, she has done everything from caregiving to program administration. Sandy has spent close to 25 of those years working with adults with developmental disabilities at Relationship Care Northwest. These clients are now served by Reside Residential Care. Her co-workers would say that Sandy best exemplifies Reside’s core value “Care With Compassion.”

Dustin best exemplifies Reside’s core value “Promote Independence.”

Ruby Residential Care
Training Smarty

Ruby came to Reside to work alongside our trainers.  She always has a smile on her face despite her legs ending up backwards at times.  Ruby’s work ethic is unmatched as she is at the office 24/7 and never takes a vacation day because she can’t fill out our time-off request form.  In her spare time she likes to sit there and do nothing.  Ruby best exemplifies our core value “Promote Independence.”

Our Oregon and Washington Management Team

Our DSPs unfortunately are not pictured here, but are arguably the biggest piece of Reside.  Outside of trainings, they spend every working moment with the clients we serve.  While we would like a picture of all our DSPs in one shot, due to scheduling conflicts and the fact most of our clients need around the clock care, this isn’t possible.  We love our dedicated and diligent DSPs!
